Make your mark in Magadi.

Some gifts go further than others. Sponsoring a classroom or a medical camp puts your name — or your company's name — behind something real, lasting, and life-changing. This is giving at a different scale.

How project sponsorship works.

1

Get in touch.

Tell us which project interests you and a little about yourself or your organisation. No commitment required at this stage.

2

We talk it through.

A member of the Memusi team will contact you within 48 hours to answer questions and talk through timing, recognition, and logistics.

3

We get to work.

Once confirmed, we allocate your gift and begin work. We'll keep you updated throughout — photos, stories, progress reports.

4

You see your impact.

On completion you receive a personalised impact report. For classrooms, you're invited to visit and see your gift in action.

For businesses.

The most meaningful CSR investment you'll make.

A growing number of companies are choosing to put their CSR budget behind something that lasts — a named classroom in Kenya, a medical camp that reaches hundreds of people, a story their team can be genuinely proud of.

Memusi works directly with corporate partners to create sponsorships that work for your business as well as the communities we serve.

Named recognition.

Your company name on a classroom or medical camp in Kenya — photographed, reported, and lasting.

Content for your team and channels.

Photography, video, and stories you can share internally and externally — genuine impact content, not stock imagery.

Volunteer opportunities.

Combine your sponsorship with a volunteer trip to Kenya. We've run corporate groups before and can build something bespoke.

Flexible giving structures.

One-off gifts, matched giving, payroll giving, or ongoing partnerships — we'll work around what suits your organisation.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I visit the project I've sponsored?

Yes — and we'd love you to. For classroom sponsorships in particular, visiting Magadi to see your gift in use is an extraordinary experience. We can incorporate your visit into one of our volunteer trips or arrange something bespoke.

What if my budget doesn't quite match these amounts?

Get in touch anyway. We're flexible and have worked with donors at various levels. We can also discuss part-sponsorships, matched giving, or spreading a gift over time.

Can the gift be made in someone's memory or honour?

Absolutely. A sponsored classroom or medical camp is a beautiful way to honour someone — we'll work with you on the naming and recognition to make it meaningful.

How do I know the money reaches the project?

You'll receive photographic and written updates throughout, and a personalised impact report on completion. Memusi has operated transparently since 2003 — we're proud of our track record and happy to share it.

Is my donation tax efficient?

If you're a UK taxpayer, yes — Gift Aid increases the value of your gift by 25% at no cost to you. For businesses, corporate donations may be tax deductible as a business expense. We'd recommend speaking to your accountant.

Can my company combine sponsorship with volunteering?

Yes — this is one of the most powerful combinations we offer. A corporate team that sponsors a project and then visits Kenya to see it has a story that lasts. Talk to us and we'll build something that works.
